Municipal Roads and Public Transport Authority ZDMiKP, ul. Toruńska 174a, 85-844 Bydgoszcz, as the personal data administrator, informs that the provided personal data will be processed for the purpose of issuing the Bydgoszcz City Card, encoding tickets and keeping their records. The obligation to provide personal data results from the Transport Law of November 15, 1984. At the same time, ZDMiKP in Bydgoszcz informs about the right of access to personal data relating to the data subject, their rectification, deletion, transfer or limitation of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing of said data. In addition, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Data storage period: for the period of using or holding the Bydgoszcz City Card, extended for one year for the purposes of complaint services, not shorter than the archiving period for BKM applications required by law.
